Ski Week in Mellau, Austria

Every year, in Febuary or March, our friends in Antwerp 41 Club organise a ski-week in Mellau, Bregenzerwald, Austria.

Winchester 41 Club members have been invited to join in, since our exchanges with Antwerp began.  Many of us have become regular participants in this great week and our children and their children also join us on occasion.

Many of those who no longer wish to ski have taken up snow-shoe walking in the forests and mountains with a professional guide.

Antwerp also invite 41 Club friends from Vordingborg (Denmark), Milan (Italy) and Feldkirch.   Members of Antwerp 41 Club who have a home in Mellau organise accommodation bookings and a full social programme for all participants.

February 2010 saw the 20th Mellau Ski-Week.
