So we visited Antwerp!
Seven couples enjoyed a long weekend with our Antwerp friends.
We were treated to some new and very interesting visits in Antwerp.
We ate well – on many occasions:
MENU MONDAY EVENING ‘ ten WEYNGAERT’Starter tomato with shrimps, salmon mousse and tiger shrimps
or Carpaccio of beef, nuts salad and parmasan chips
or Scampi fritti with sauce remoulade
or asparagous in the flemish style

Main course beef filet with black pepper sauce en french fries
or 1/2 baby lobster Thermidor(cream cheese sauce with musterd)
or fisherman soup with salmon,sole,shrimps and cod
or
chicken breast coated with bread crumbs and filled with curry and risotto with pesto

Desert apple turnover with abricot couli
or
coffee
or
irish coffee
and we all arrived home safe an happy!
