Meeting and Booking Procedure
There is a regular monthly meeting on the second Tuesday of most months. All members of the A list are booked in automatically unless they apologise by 12 noon on the preceding Friday. Those on the B list should book in for any meeting they wish to attend by the same deadline. Any additional meeting or visit will be subject to a separate booking procedure.
